@brandonlongdikjones8117 If I didn't know the entire story and none of the details on who both sides were etc, I would call it an ugly draw... But knowing Russia to originally be the heavy favorite and they are fighting a third world country with limited munitions, very few long range capabilities, no navy, no real modern air force....etc. I would say it is a big win for Ukraine to only have 20% or so of their land taken in two years!! And most of that taken before they knew they were in a war at the very beginning. It looks now, depending on how willing NATO is to help sipport ukraine longer term and to actually give more than just a fair supply of artillery and short range missiles, but more higher capabilities...it would appear that Ukraine actually has a chance. I would have said no chance at all on day one. Ukraine's resolve and abilities have been a very big, pleasant surprise

@generalbuttnaked7637 not if a much higher number of russians are killed compared to number of ukrainians.. Also. In the end there can still be more russians existing and still lose. There were a lot more user than Afghanis but user still had a humiliating loss and the country even fell apart into 15 pieces in the end

@ronjones8696 strange? Not really. The explanation is your poor memory. Only one that lost to afghanistan was ussr/russia. Usa only lost 2400 men fighting them. More men than that died over thaf 20 years falling off the toilet in The us lol. Achieved their goal, devastated al quaeda, destroyed 50000 taliban in the process. Basically beat them senseless the first week and sent them into hiding for 20 years... Not only not a us loss, but the most lopsided victory anyone had in a war in the last 50 years+ lol Ussr lost 15000 men, got run out of country. Then fell apart into 15 pieces and are now just russia. Hahaha. Afghanis have a holiday to forever remember the event: Mujahideen Victory Day, celebrated every april 28. No charge for the education.

Or russia. If Ukraine loses, Russia has been and continues to be degraded and it's going to get a lot worse for Russia. They know this. That's why they, their supporters and pal organ keep begging poor Ukraine to give up. Lol
