Not only that but they begged poor north Korea for weapons and even 3rd world rinky dink countries in middle East and even....CUBA for volunteers to fight... if those thing all together don't scream desparation, I don't know what does. Russia does occupy one fifth but that means ukraine controls 4 fifths. Last i looked four fifths is a helluva lot more than one fifth. And most of what Russia controls they took over before ukraine even knew they were in a war, at the very beginning. And there is no plan for ukraine to attempt to take and colonize russia. Not sure where you got that idea kid. But if they did, prighozin showed us how difficult it would be, as he easily waltzed towards Moscow with Russia having entire armed forces in ukraine. So you make zero sense, kid. Obviously there is no reason to have irrational Russia there. If there is anything of interest that they need to know, they will be notified later. And if they don't want to hear it, they wouldn't want to cooperate if there anyway.

  22.  @itsprobablyneil3495  yes it's a war of attrition. Because Russia is too inept to take ukraine in any reasonable amount of time. And half because the west knows a long drawn out battle is most damaging to Russia's economy and military capabilities. And that is in USA and Europe's best interests.. Which is why they only provide ukraine tools to not be overrun and little else. Until very recently ukraine was only given 31 of USA s 5500 Abram tanks. A tnt handful of Patriot aystems. No long range missiles at all until only a few months ago, and then it was extremely few. No top end choppers. No jets... just a lot of rock bottom basics like short range missiles and artillery to keep them in the fight. Lol.
