  1. He is whining. EVERYONE could use and wants "more" ammo. They can shoot up every shell you give them firing randomly. Any soldier would just love to have a truckload of ammo for each man...Just so they could keep firing indiscriminantly and hope to keep the enemy from advancing on them or just hope to get lucky and hit something.
