  3. Last i looked there were alot more than one battle in WW2. And USSR got SMOKED by germany. Over 20 million soviets dead. Only reason russia even exists today is because USA saved them. Period. That one meaningless battle meant nothing in the overall scheme of things. Youre welcome.

  4.  @jemerlia  Russia carried the weight of the war, no doubt. Us didnt even enter until later. But the point is, none of it matters if Russias eternal enemy, the US didnt get involved...Russia would have LOST. Us didnt "need" Russia. US wasnt even at war most of ww2 with germany. And they may have been able to beat germany if they were.... Maybe... We will never know.. But Russia was NOT. THey were supported ALOT with supplies and food etc. as well as militarily. Kruschev: " "If the United States had not helped us, we would not have won the war," he wrote in his memoirs. "One-on-one against Hitler's Germany, we would not have withstood its onslaught and would have lost the war."

  10.  @thechloromancer3310  I agree that Russia took the brunt of it...etc. etc. etc... But last i checked, Germany was on the other side, fighting also, the entire time. Germany lost around 5,500,000 military men. And that was due to combined efforts of USSR plus to a lesser degree other nations... USSR lost 8.8 to 10 million military men, not including civilians. While Russia certainly made greatest sacrifice, some things get GROTESQUELY misrepresented by russians ever since. 1. USSR "won" Not only did they win, but they really showed the germans. And secondly, USA and the collective west should keep their nose out of other countries business. They have no reason to be in europe, asia, etc...
