@nanteb.4605 LOL. I seem to recall everything differently. They left a bunch of overused, desert sand exposed junk that had been used for 20 years and was more expensive to bring back than it was actually worth. It had also all long since been replaced in the arsenal. All the nations you mention are train-wrecks thanks to terrorists and extremists and instability there and in the regions in general. They were before. They are now. And they will quite likely be 20 years from now. Hope that clears up your confusion. You're welcome.
