Yeah, it worked so well for USSR last time. ha ha ha. USA threatened them. Set up a blockade of ships. Dared Russia to try to get past them.... And that was the end of nukes in cuba forever... ha ha ha. There is absolutely not any way that RUssia can "get ahead" militarily of the US. They simply dont have the power to do it. So keep dreaming kid. Its good to have a vivid imagination, as long as deep down you are aware of reality. When you cant tell the difference, thats when you need mental help. lol.
