Realistically, a tiny country gets no say in matters against the number one superpower in the world when it comes to threatening their security. Of course they are a country that is free to make their own choices. But they simply dont have the power to implement those choices and keep them in place and deal with the repercussions. Neither does Russia.

A Ultimatum was given by US president and Russia Withdrew the nukes. UNCONDITIONALLY. Afterwards as a peace ful gesture US, after talks with allies decided to remove nukes also. It was only the threat of direct US attack that ended it. And thus the coldwar grew from.. That, ending with USSR falling into not one, not two, not three but FIFTEEN pieces. ha h aha Its hilarious how vodka drunk humiliated Russians try to spin humiliating devastating loss into wins... Like the current Ukraine war results. lol.

Russia said they would.... They bluffed. Every ship carrrying weapons turned around before contacting the blockade! ha ha ha. RUssia was done in cuba from that moment on militarily,. They had no choice but to "make a deal". ha ha ha. RUssia are and always have been a government of all talk no action when it comes to dealing with USA. They are about to fall apart again, just like they did in the cold war. ha ha. The rest of the world is lovin' every minute of it. ha ha.
