Desantis is doing better specifically against Biden than Trump is. He is more likely to win the GENERAL election than Trump... WIth trump involved his base is the problem for Desantis... They would vote for Desantis if it were between he and biden... But have a emotional loyalty tie to Trump for the primary. The independent, moderates, etc... Desantis has the advantage over Trump.

To say this sentiment is NOT useful in a general election couldnt be further from the truth. The majority of our country DO NOT support the far left ideology. The woke. The completely open border. THe energy policy etc. that is costing us all money.. Etc... To prove my point, polling shows Desantis beating Biden in the general. Even though he is not winning in primary polling...
