I still remember Mitterrand being attacked for commuting the sentence of a woman who later was involved in far-left terrorist acts. He said "at the time she wasn't what she would later become." He was quite indignant, too. Pre-computer days. The last happy ones.

@DragoonBoom I'm talking about her work in general. She interviews leading thinkers on key issues in contemporary politics. She graduated from Harvard Law and was Bernie Sander's press secretary during the primaries. She has so many good videos lately that I can't pick just one.
