  5. @Dr.Vas0  Let me explain it slowly, and use law as an example. If a witness is revealed to be untruthful in any matter, it is permissible to disbelieve everything they say. It is not, however, logical to believe that the opposite of any of their statements is, or is likely to be, true. "I have good reason to disbelieve X" is not evidence that not-X is true. Not-X is of course possible, and remains to be proven. See?
