  1. Bruce Schroeder was appointed to the bench by a Democratic governor of Wisconsin. He also admonished the prosecution for insinuating that invoking the right to remain silent upon arrest is a sign of guilt, when that is what everyone SHOULD do. Schroeder doesn't strike me as competent overall, but his tirade against violating anyone's 5th Amendment rights was great. Do Your Homework
