  3. @OscarLangleySoryu  What do you think "the administration" is? Look up the new Title IX Fact Sheet. Claiming a woman's "gender identity" is enough to be admitted to women's sports and women's spaces, and schools must comply. This is a decision the Biden administration has made. How carefully was this considered before it was adopted? Even if you consider that wise and fair, you certainly cannot deny that it was politically fraught.
