@Dooger414 The very existence of the corporation is to limit the liability of its principals and agents. That's why the most that can happen when an oil well blows up in the Gulf, or an airplane door blows out, or a tanker hits a bridge and sinks it, is that people will be fired. They will usually face no lawsuits or charges, or lose a cent of compensation, much less have to give any back. In a year or two, they may even be richer than ever, like the CEO of BP was . . . . Personal responsibility is for little people. 😂
