@lauren2421 Working under the table is entrenched in France. Doesn't make it all right, but it's just a fact. Same for renting without a lease. Avoids taxes and bureaucracy, etc. It's not racial or political; left, right do it, etc. We probably don't know the details yet.

The minor child took off only after one of the police threatened him that he was about to get a bullet to the head. The recording in French is crystal clear. It wasn't translated? Huh.

France has no death penalty. No country has a death penalty for 17 year old kids, except possibly some failed state or the Saudis. Americans worship violence.

@Johnjohn-rr5dn This phenomenon is too bizarre. We have a video, the car is not moving, a police officer distinctly threatens the driver with a bullet to the head. What kid wouldn't panic and flee? Wasn't this translated? How could anyone condone this? Because of anger over the riots? That has no bearing on it. You find out things about other people that you don't want to know. Maybe we can't escape another world war. Who knows anymore?
