What you will notice most often is an absence of self-censorship. Of course! It's a waste of time. Not only that, but it is fundamentally unethical to misapply responsibility. It is not at all easy to determine exactly why something happened and the scope and limits of each person's responsibility in the matter. By the way, butterflies encircle me as well. All the time. (I don't eat animals. That might have something to do with it. The discipline needed is not just an inner state but an action.)
