  3. One more reason why juveniles should not be charged as adults. This should have been a low-key juvenile proceeding with court supervision, no right to handle firearms, an education plan, etc. The services he very obviously needs. This was a more nuanced case than most were led to believe. The New Yorker wrote about him and his family, and the in-depth view paints a different picture.
