  1. The Memorandum Opinion I just read states that several breach of contract claims against Harvard were not dismissed. It is dated Sept. 11, 2024. She has until mid-October to file an amended complaint against Harvard as sole defendant. When someone who isn't a lawyer talks about some case, you have to look up the case. 😒

She's in her 40s and was making a million a year from Harvard alone. If they failed to follow the contract in firing her, she'll get some more money. She'll be all right in the ways that matter most. And she will work again, just watch.
