Listening to this after watching the David Goggins interview on Huberman's program helped me identify a fundamental misconception I've suffered from, and it's so stupid: I came to believe that any pain was "harmful." I identified pain with harmful stress or depression. I'm lucky I have no affinity for substances. (I'm big on eating properly, and super clean.) Wow, I could have been in much bigger trouble if I had had a different addiction issue. Procrastination has an easy solution by comparison.

  4. Outstanding video. One suggestion: rather than recommending apps, recommend books and audio recordings. All of this tech is designed to be addictive. The euphemism is "sticky."
