  4.  @kevinsyd2012  A lot of people need vitamin D. A, B complex, C, E, probably far less so, for most people. Vitamin D is least dependent on diet.

  5. Well, now we know in part why Africa was spared from a high mortality rate. We also know why staying inside was real bad.

  6. A and C do not have nearly the same effect. There are peer-reviewed studies that show D is more useful by far.

  7. By the way, I don't buy that thesis without copious evidence. We know Vitamin D deficiency is very common in the US. My doctor, who is not into anything trendy, began testing for it years ago. Taking D improved my levels. It is a vital nutrient for many cellular processes. But give us the key words. I know links are taken down at this channel by YT.

  8. Rather than testing your levels? I know the feeling. I had a great doctor, who tested mine years ago, but he retired. I need a new doctor now.

  12. I wanted clear, reliable, HONEST statistics on whether the average age of death from COVID (not with, FROM) is in fact approximately the same as the average life expectancy.

  13. Do these "factor X" people have improved vitamin D levels if they take vitamin D and go out in the sun every morning? Please give some keywords for the studies. We can figure them out.
