@Butchsiek This is not going to happen. Who told you it was? The FBI can conduct surveillance of Hunter if there are real concerns. I can't stand Biden, and never voted for him. That's why I don't want to see bad arguments against him. They make him look good by comparison.

@Butchsiek I have no doubt that Hunter is dirty. Court documents could tell you as much. That Hunter poses a security risk that would preclude his father from being sworn in as president is what is utterly fanciful. Russiagate redux, with China this time. The real story is that so many people became obsessed with both, and the media purveyors of these falsehoods and half-truths laughed all the way to the bank. If I'm supposed to believe the media is trying to manipulate me into believing Biden won, why don't you wonder whether the media is manipulating you into believing Trump won?

@kosmosXcannon Well, but I didn't vote for him. That's the answer to that. It's not about the FBI stepping in to decide. That is not their role. Nor can Biden interfere in any investigation involving his son -- or at least not legally. The pardon power does not include the power to cover up the misdeeds.

@jpoeng Pardons excuse misdeeds, and essentially erase their consequences. Or at least in principle -- though Nixon was an exception, and possibly Gen. Floyd. So, no, insanity is not part of my picture. Why did you bring it up?
