The moral of the story is do not do not do not take psychoactive substances -- certainly not from a "legitimate" doctor's prescription -- or from anywhere else. Eat right and walk with the wind or the waves in your ears. Do a marathon walk, sleep like a rock, then do it again the next day. See how you feel.
