  1. It's not just the Justice Department that says acceptance of a pardon is admission of guilt. The Supreme Court said so in Burdick v United States. Ford relied on it when he pardoned Nixon. Glenn Greenwald talked about it. PLEASE PLEASE invite him again some time!!

  6. ​@kj-y9y It is true. They are still subject to congressional subpoena and must tell the truth. Anything uncovered that was pardoned can never be prosecuted, but they cannot lie under oath.
