  12. I checked the "study." First, it's not a study but an estimate of the number of undocumented workers with real Social Security accounts. Second, those workers would have to be filing tax returns either with accurate addresses, or bank routing information, or both, to get the checks. Let's suppose some undocumented workers do all that (not impossible). Why shouldn't all taxpayers residing in the US with accurate addresses and bank accounts get a check?
