  1. Jimmy has got this 💯 right. It was always the law that a doctor can use a FULLY approved medicine "off-label," in their professional discretion and with informed consent, like anything else. It's an EUA drug that has certain restrictions, not a fully approved one.

  5. The point was that it was conceded in federal court that it is perfectly legal to prescribe off label, and epidemiological data from around the world is showing that it has been working in practice.
