  1. I think all sorts of scenarios should be studied, absolutely. A lot of the rules they set are to keep police from panicking and shooting a fleeing student whom they mistake for an accomplice. The rules aren't always set to save kids from the actual shooter, but to control the scene. Anyway, what we're doing isn't working.
