  8.  @hammervproductions  The First Amendment allows you to call for all kinds of things, short of actual incitement to unlawful activity. That's why all the people carrying "free Luigi" signs have not faced arrest. I suspect some of them are dangerous. But that's just my gut feeling.

The federal district court in New York just ordered him to be brought back to New York, and for deportation proceedings to be halted until a hearing can be held to figure out the basis of this action. It appears that he is married to a citizen and that they are expecting a child.
