  4. 1. Marijuana should never have been illegal in the first place. Not one human being should have been in police custody for two seconds for marijuana. 2. Anyone in jail for anything to do with marijuana should be released immediately, and compensated. Serious money. 3. Why do people have to get high all the time? Like, what gives? There are more interesting things to do.
