  1. Someone needs to look up the local rules, and ask whether they were followed. Some districts supposedly don't let DOJ pick the judge. Supposedly. ;)

  2.  @maryhalverson5713  Well, we have to ask whether every magistrate judge would have approved this warrant. Also, how the local rules in this district work. Are matters assigned to magistrates randomly? Were they this time? Lots of questions. Watch and see whether anyone asks them or answers them.
