Real virologists pretty well agree. Those who tout vaccination as a cure-all are barely better than those who claim ivermectin is a miracle drug. Dore is pointing out that mistrust is not all due to idiocy or Trumpism or whatnot. This is true. He got vaccinated because his doctor told him to. His wife had a very mild reaction, whereas he had a reaction mimicking long COVID, which is unusual. Eric Clapton got a very rare, serious reaction and had to find an online support group. Think on that for a while. You don't find it perverse? I do. The lack of basic compassion disgusts me.
