  2. Not evident. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, many states will retain very liberal abortion laws and in-vitro fertilization regulations. That will drive more "business" to those states and force up prices. The same process is at work in other areas of health care, and in other necessities, like education.

  3. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, the individual states will pass their own abortion laws. Does this mean there will ultimately be more money in performing abortions? Will there be special "family planning" loans for procedures insurance doesn't cover? Will in-vitro fertilization and similar procedures, and embryo storage, go up in price? Don't be so sure DNC is against overturning Roe v. Wade.
