  2.  @mikebatl1  I linked articles from The Lancet (British medical journal) and Nature, a premier science journal, that show the ban was lifted under Trump. All are pre-COVID science articles, hence ZERO current politics. They all date from before the pandemic. Posts with links are often shadowed on this channel. One article from DECEMBER 2017 starts out: "US government lifts ban on risky pathogen research -- The National Institutes of Health will again fund research that makes viruses more dangerous."
