The government cannot use private actors as its cat's paw, but it certainly can PROSECUTE these people. It should have prosecuted some of them a long time ago. Bogus medical advice has killed many already, and the super tiny fine print disclaimer ("this is not medical advice") is an ugly joke. Facebook itself can censor, that is true. But that was not what Jen Psaki said.
