No one can sue Pfizer for injuries from the vaccine. That does not absolve Pfizer from all other claims, like false advertising. If you are vaccine injured and misdiagnosed or mistreated, the doctor can still be sued for malpractice.

@ianaherne77 A severe enough malpractice injury, and you can find an outstanding lawyer to represent you on a contingency basis. A vaccine injury has to be properly diagnosed and treated, like any other illness.

@bestdjaf7499 I didn't say you could sue the drug MAKER. I thought it was plain as day I was talking about the doctor and the hospital. The issue was the cost of a lawsuit. A malpractice lawsuit need not cost you very much to initiate. "A vaccine injury has to be properly diagnosed and treated, like any other illness." By a DOCTOR, obviously.
