  1. A mandate, protection against any liability for injuries, AND full patent protection -- does anyone think this was a real health emergency? It is completely inconsistent with a real emergency. It's all about $$$$$$ Jonas Salk never sought a patent for the polio vaccine, AND tested it on himself.
