  4. @greglarson6293  There is a substantive due process right to raise your own children, and the burden of proof that you are unfit to do so is on the state. This has NOTHING to do with genuine emergency removal of a child from a dangerous situation pending review. The acts you describe are unconstitutional. The laws that let them do it should be struck down.
