  3. He isn't. The issue is how this invasion came about, and where the responsibility lies. I don't see how the refusal to excuse anyone who bears responsibility equals excusing Russia(?) Just the opposite.

  4.  @michaelreid5307  Of course the ultimate blame rests with Russia. There is no question. People looking forward to a respite from COVID, and a peaceful spring, are now refugees and being killed, their homes shelled. Wars have multiple causes. Frankly, after the 2020 economic collapse, I expected one somewhere. The causes for this one are looking worse for the US government by the day.
