I once recommended a foreign film to a Microsoft quality control manager and he said he couldn't follow the movie and the subtitles at the same time. I'm not surprised YouTube didn't realize it's (literally) not a legal broadcast in Germany.

Not to mention luminaries like the ACLU under Nadine Strossen, who just came out with a great book on why we should not give in to the call to censor "hate speech." Granted, they are relatively marginalized by the MSM/DNC types, but that's to their credit.

  8. 25:50 It is not illegal to urge people to take political action that "may" result in violence. The NAACP was accused of doing exactly that, and the Supreme Court held that their speech was clearly First Amendment protected. They could not be held responsible for the violence that occurred close in time and place to their peaceful protests. Any other rule invites some pretty big setups.

  11. That's not what he's doing. He's taking a stand against censorship of unpopular ideas. It always ends up hurting the very people it is intended to protect, and it is always turned against the left.

  12. The remedy for bad speech is MORE speech. Censorship is a cudgel, and the lazy man's way out. "Weapons of mass destruction" and "Gulf of Tonkin" were totally non-fact-based conspiracies, too.
