  3. And then every so often, Tucker comes out with stuff like his support of Kyle Rittenhouse, along the lines of "what's a young man to do when his city is being burned down?" Good gawd, now we want underage high school dropouts as heavily armed vigilantees? Really? This will "keep us safe?" Tucker is as misleading, divisive, and disingenuous as Maddow.

  8. Defamation suits are disfavored because they carve out an exception to First Amendment-protected speech. Most courts will find a way to find no defamation in any case against the press, if there is any way to do it. "Pure opinion" that every reasonable person would see as opinion is never defamation.
