  1. Nor did Trump end any wars. He did send a drone to assassinate an Iranian leader -- because someone told him to. The look on his face when he announced it showed he didn't know whether what he had ordered was justified, or what the ramifications would be. But that he has no special war-mongering record or instincts is true.

  7.  Janet Baker  Just let me say, first, you're right. But I meant, ALL presidents are bellicose. This one did not stand out as being moreso by any stretch, essentially due to laziness. "Average" war mongering, experimenting with new weapons, etc., however, is already a lot. We have the largest military, and the US Department of Defense is the world's largest employer, with bases all over the world.
