  2. Stop criticizing yourself for being furious. If you stop trying so hard to suppress anger, the anger will go away on its own much faster. It is based on a strong desire to be vigilant and protect yourself from another round. That is because you don't trust them. That is wise, you shouldn't trust them. Now allow yourself to slowly find a way to deal with that lack of trust, one that is best for you. Remember: You did not do this. This was done to you.

  4.  @SterileNeutrino  Wrong, first of all. He is in an MD/PhD program. That is a high-level research degree that will allow him to practice medicine, and he has already done clinical rotations for sure. He is probably working in a hospital while on a thesis.
