  3. My cousins in Europe also take zinc -- in moderation, not mega doses. High quercetin foods (onions, apples, capers) are recommended as well, to help avoid cytokine issues in case of infection. I'm eating this stuff daily. We are back on a shelter-in-place advisory and other restrictions in my city. :(
