  4. @kdubs9111  I don't understand what you mean, then. What was "nullified?" A stay should be entered pending appeal whenever permitting the decision to be executed right away would mean the appellant will lose their rights before their case is even heard by a court of last resort. If the Colorado Supreme Court had not entered a stay, the US Supreme Court would have.

  5. It's called eminent domain. Sure the state can confiscate all bikes. They just got the right to order all health care workers vaccinated with an EUA drug, even if they had COVID and recovered. The Supreme Court said the federal government can refuse to disburse Medicare and Medicaid funds to any hospital that failed to mandate vaccination. So the government did. States can go even farther to mandate vaccines. That's how the big cities lost so many police and firefighters. They blame the demonstrations, but that's at most half the story. Anyway, they did something worse than grabbing your bike.
