There is, however, breaking news: Glenn Greenwald just posted a very short excerpt of Victoria Nuland testifying on the Ukrainian biolabs, which, oddly enough, were funded through the US DOD, not the NIH. You could find information in the US Embassy in Ukraine's website a few days ago. Have not checked this week. The Indian press, TeleSUR, even AFP were reporting on it neutrally --- asking the right questions, not pretending we have answers. George Galloway was denounced over the weekend for reporting on this.

  5.  @waynebollentin989  A lot of people got that wrong. Mate acknowledges that he did, and that more realistic people, such as Douglas MacGregor, were alerting him that he was wrong. BTW, why did Ukrainian officials state that THEY did not believe Russia was about to invade? Look at the triggering event, in the Donbass. That's hard to do, now, because there is no doubt the Russian response was disproportionate and illegal. So, that overarching fact blinds you to the other side of the story.

TeleSUR (Spanish) just reported that China demands the US provide full information and an accounting of all biological laboratories it funds throughout the world. Recall our justification for invading Iraq. There is more here than meets the eye. Sadly.

  13.  @carlosc2731   Of course the ultimate blame rests with Russia. There is no question. People looking forward to a respite from COVID, and a peaceful spring, are now refugees and being killed, their homes shelled. But wars have multiple causes. Of course I know about Nuland. And frankly, after the 2020 economic collapse, I expected war somewhere. The causes for this one are looking worse for the US government by the day. Follow Glenn Greenwald!

The Indian press and even AFP have been raising questions about the DOD funding of biolabs, without pretending we know the answers.
