  3. Exactly. When I was in high school and college, everyone I knew who had a significant viral illness needed anywhere from six months to a year to feel 100% like themselves -- usually a full year. This includes mononucleosis, hepatitis, meningitis, encephalitis, pneumonia. They act like this is something new. A flu can make you feel weak or listless for six whole weeks. So what?? HYPOCHONDRIA is bad for you.
