I can think of an analogy that might impress you: when the Clintons' dealings with Russian uranium schemes, or crucial role in ill-advised bombing campaigns, or . . . um, Epstein, are revealed, they can say, "but misogyny!!! But vast right-wing conspiracy! But, but Trump something something RUSSIA!!!" In the meantime, let's all empower women and girls. You really don't get it? How sweet.

Just saw NYTimes updated its story on the extent of the dealings, and WSJ states that is what prompted his wife to act. I respect the lady for that. I knew what Gates was, I just saw a clip of Paul Allen's interview on 60 Minutes when his book came out (Gates tried to squeeze Allen out of Microsoft while Allen was undergoing radiation treatment for lymphoma), but even I am shocked. Poor kids, yeah. The youngest set to graduate from high school this year, I think. The kids are all cute.

@AG-ig8uf Read the Microsoft Antitrust case. People think MS won. No, it lost but escaped punishment. Anyway, that will tell you a little bit about what he took. Any job that any corporation sent offshore which depends on the military, the federal IP regime, and, in general, on externalizing costs, in order to be safely, efficiently, and profitably performed is parasitic.

@PresidentDennis Business Insider has an apparently well-sourced article, and its main citation is to the NYTimes. The two hung out more than once or twice and had a mutual woman friend. The flight on an Epstein owned-plane was from the NYC area to Palm Beach, not to the island, and Gates might not have known anything about the plane's notoriety. There may be more, but isn't that quite enough already? Gates also lied, leading people to believe he just happened to stop by at Epstein's one time, to discuss philanthropy. Like with Trump, no need to exaggerate, the facts themselves are an utter disgrace.

@sheeplebeware9511 I know. Links are useful, but the story is they are too hard to monitor for TOS violations or copyright. I think you can link to other YouTube videos, though. I rarely see other links stay up anywhere.

@sheeplebeware9511 I think you're right, actually. TOS is the reason they give. Some of my innocuous posts disappear so fast, it's either an algorithm or someone is watching me. But I never, ever get a peep of a warning. Probably programmed in. I don't like it, just know that's what they do. :/
