  2. I can't figure out why that many people vote. How can 60% still be duped? Maybe one in one-hundred of them gain something for it.

  3. My vote was not always secret in my precinct. I'm serious. They would print giant ballots for local elections, and anyone could see who you voted for from across the room. Or, they would "run out" of sleeves to place your ballot in. Asking you if you intended to skip certain races is routine now, so skipping a major race is never secret.
