  3. I was stunned and had to look this up. Reuters reported it. Pfizer wanted patent protection, immunity from liability, and no "bridge" studies of safety and efficacy on India's own population. You read that right. Pfizer was demanding all three. Meanwhile, Sputnik V is proceeding with the requisite local trial to obtain approval in India. If none of this makes sense to you, well there's at least two of us.
