  1. Can you be serious? You cannot sue a judge for his rulings. You can appeal. And if the judge was bribed, he can go to prison and you can go to court with a habeas petition, and then sue the state for damages if you meet certain criteria. That's damages from the state, not the court or the judge. Sheesh.
