  5. Nineteen states brought suit in a court of competent jurisdiction, and the order was issued keeping matters in place pending a hearing, and a new hearing date was set for February 14. You don't believe in State's Rights? Or, you never look at court papers and just Believe? 😅

The duly-confirmed Treasury Secretary was at no time in danger of being held in contempt of court. THAT would be judicial overreach. Learn to read the actual court papers, or suffer the talking heads. AI should REALLY be fun.
