Glenn Greenwald has repeatedly called for such videos, with the promise that he would air them. No one has taken him up on it. Why has no one been arrested for these supposed assaults that Murray insists are occurring everywhere? We do have laws against "hate crimes" (the crime being, for example, an assault, while the motive leads to enhanced penalties). On the other hand, ICJ and ICC have said that there is an objective risk of geno--de in Gaza, and have documented these concerns.

If that kind of power of surveillance exists, then no one would miss an actual crime -- although in the nighttime attack on a pro-Palestinian encampment at UCLA, the police stood down.
